Job Summary
Oversee daily La Carte operations, including food preparation, merchandising, and customer service resolution. Manage inventory, ordering, and shrink reporting while ensuring strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Build and manage staff schedules aligned with sales volume, then hire, train, and coach associates to promote teamwork. Maintain full, fresh service case displays and execute promotional sets and seasonal programs. This fast-paced role supports Albertsons Companies' mission to deliver fresh food and great service, requiring flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Deli production, food handling, and merchandising execution

- Food safety, sanitation, and compliance oversight
- Food safety standards, sanitation practices, and equipment operation
- Deli preparation techniques and merchandising standards
- Store systems, ordering platforms, and basic computer applications
- Ability to review sales, labor, and shrink data to support planning and prioritization
- Ability to train, coach, and develop associates
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot and cold temperature environments
- Ability to safely operate slicers, ovens, knives, scales, and cleaning tools
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance
