Job Summary
Partner with the General Manager to plan, supervise, and manage food service operations, including communication, merchandising, customer service, food safety, storage, preparation, and sanitation. Stay current on health regulations regarding sanitation, storage, rotation, and temperatures while managing inventory control, ordering, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate on staff training and supervise daily food service responsibilities. Follow up on communications for emails, weekly specials, and company programs. Promote sales promotions and ensure product freshness and presentation. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, performing physical tasks like lifting up to 55 lbs. in varying seasonal conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of food service experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work on different shifts (a.m., p.m., overnight), weekends, and holidays
- Daily standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, climbing, walking, lifting (up to 55 lbs.), working in cold indoor environments (35 degrees or less), and food service preparation
- Ability to work in varying seasonal weather conditions
