Job Summary
Ensure all food service employees work at required stations while maintaining efficiency and following health and hygiene protocols. Enforce recipes, procedures, and sanitation requirements; manage product ordering and food quality assurance. Assist in implementing new food programs, limited-time offers, and promotions. Support schedule preparation to guarantee proper station coverage. Train and develop team members while maintaining organization of storage areas and equipment. Rotate deliveries during highest volume shifts and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food safety certification (or the successful completion of High's food safety certification within 2 months of hire)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Flexible to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed by the business
- Reliable transportation
- Must meet or exceed the training and certification requirements of the shift leader including, but not limited to, Equipment training certification, Leadership training, Food safety (S.U.R.E.) certification, and all other food service excellence modules and classroom certifications
- Must be available during the highest volume food service shifts/times in order to receive and rotate foodservice deliveries and organize crucial duties to staff members
Desired Qualifications
