Job Summary
Lead the designated food service area, including the Pizzeria, Espresso, Bakery, Deli Market Meals, and Restaurant, by preparing products for sale and ensuring quality control of all meals. Provide leadership and support to the team, acting as the primary point of contact in the absence of managers while establishing and maintaining a collaborative environment. Assist in achieving quarterly financial goals, manage hiring and training, and ensure adherence to Ready for Business standards, local, state, and federal laws. Maintain departmental cleanliness, model excellent customer service, and keep up on industry trends and company policies. This role requires open availability, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
