Food Service I-Full Time

Provide nutritious meals to students and staff in a clean, efficient school cafeteria; assist in food preparation from approved recipes and prepare cafeteria and front line for lunch; serve students and staff from the cafeteria counter; maintain cleanliness of dishes, counters, tables, and equipment; assist Food Service Manager and Food Service II workers with duties such as baking, vegetable/salad preparation, and meat cutting; support diet and meal service during breakfast and lunch, while adhering to food safety procedures and confidentiality. Requires ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, work in a kitchen environment, and communicate effectively with staff and students; position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day, 184 days per year.
