Job Summary
Operate the store to ensure profitability by managing all expenses, controlling variable costs, and increasing profits to secure the financial security of the ESOP. Deliver prompt, courteous customer service while handling conflicts using the MAKE IT RIGHT method and maintaining high standards for store appearance and cleanliness. Lead daily operations by effectively scheduling associates, recruiting talent, and communicating with the Division Manager and corporate office. Execute financial controls through daily bank deposits, cash audits, and inventory checks to maintain cash loss within guidelines. Ensure all safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and equipment maintenance are followed to protect assets and provide a safe shopping environment.
