Ensure the food service department is open and ready for business during service hours by delivering prompt, courteous service to all customers. Control food preparation quantities to minimize waste while maintaining adequate stock, and actively promote the Huck's Bucks Loyalty app to customers. Communicate with store associates and the manager regarding personnel situations, special merchandise needs, or inventory levels to prevent out-of-stocks. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards by ensuring display cases are clean, wet floor signs are posted, and all protective equipment is used correctly. Treat all associates with dignity, advise management of policy violations, and assist in training new team members on job duties.
