Job Summary
The Hospitality Ambassador will serve as the primary point of contact for guests at digital self-order kiosks and Scan & Go kiosks, guiding them through the ordering process and troubleshooting technical issues. The role emphasizes exceptional hospitality at food and retail outlets, ensuring a warm welcome and addressing guest concerns promptly. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to assist guests with digital platforms. Responsibilities also include training new staff on hospitality standards and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of digital systems. Flexible scheduling is required, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.

- Experience with digital systems or technology is preferred.
