Job Summary
Seasonal Food Service Cook at SSA Group within the 452 Hospitality program. Responsibilities include supporting restaurant prep (BOH and line), meeting daily quickservice and safety standards, ensuring proper food quantities and temperatures, assisting with dishwashing, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, handling guest feedback, and communicating with supervisors. The role requires knowledge of menu items/prices, adherence to safety and hygiene policies, flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a collaborative, energetic team-first attitude. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced setting; a food handling license is preferred, and prior food preparation experience (1-2 years) is desired.
