Job Summary
Food Service Cook responsible for supporting restaurant prep (BOH and line), maintaining safety/quality/temperature standards, and ensuring proper food quantities. Will participate in safety logs, uphold hygiene and glove use, assist with dishwashing, and respond to guest and client feedback. Must stay knowledgeable on menu items, prices, and specials, and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Ideal candidate has strong interpersonal/communication skills, can thrive in a fast-paced setting, and has 1-2 years of food preparation experience; a food handling license is preferred. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
