Job Summary
Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests by supporting restaurant prep for both back-of-house and line operations. Meet daily quickservice, food service, safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards while ensuring proper food quantities are set. Participate in safety logs covering food temperatures, rotation, and waste, and maintain safe food handling with strict adherence to uniform, hygiene, hand-washing, and glove protocols. Follow through on daily prep and item lists as assigned, actively respond to guest feedback, and communicate any service or quality issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while assisting with dishwashing and other necessary tasks. Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized
- Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Food handling license preferred
- 1-2 years food preparation
