Job Summary
Floating Manager supervises shifts and/or work areas across assigned restaurant locations, provides leadership, daily support, and direction to staff; ensures bookwork, banking, cash handling, inventory management, quality, customer service, health and safety; handles customer complaints; communicates policies and promotions; oversees timecards and travel between stores; requires ServeSafe certification within 30 days; education includes HS diploma required with AA degree or above preferred; strong emphasis on adaptability, communication, leadership, problem solving, and time management; equal opportunity employer; background check and pre-employment drug test required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- AA degree or above preferred
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ServeSafe Food Handler Certificate is required to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment
