Food Service - Floating (Braddock Hills/Andrew Street)

Accurately register all sales, maintain cash security, and notify supervisors of any portion discrepancies. Perform routine temperature sanitization assessments and sweep, sanitize, and service the cafeteria, kitchen, appliances, oven, counter tops, carts, and tables. Properly prepare fresh fruits and vegetables, accept and process field trip orders, and receive, check, and stock delivery inventory. Track, record, and report student count summaries and production reports while running daily sales and activity reports. Adhere to hand hygiene and infection control procedures, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and drop cash deposits to the bank weekly. Comply with all school and department policies and procedures.
