Job Summary
Greet guests within 10 feet, resolve shopping issues, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience while supporting team efforts. Execute food service operations including replenishment, inventory accuracy, rotation, cleaning, and signing for Café and Pizza Hut areas. Monitor sales, adjust production to minimize waste, and maintain strict food safety and temperature controls. Complete all required training, handle cash registers, and assist with order pick-up and drive-up services. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
- Previous food or grocery experience
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders if needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
- Ability to work in environments that will include refrigeration and freezer temperatures and conditions; where common allergens may also be handled or present
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc.
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shifts (shift length may vary)
