Job Summary
Ensure staff operate as a cohesive team to deliver optimum guest service; supervise grooming and attire, complete opening/closing duties, manage inventories and stock requisition, monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest well-being; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; enforce safety and security policies, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets, communicate clearly, build positive relationships, drive quality and efficiency, read and verify information, and perform physical tasks including long periods of standing and lifting; flexible duties include maintaining FIFO storage, executing maintenance work orders, and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
