Job Summary
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to meet safe food preparation standards. Work with the kitchen team to ensure proper storage of dishes and equipment. Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles while ensuring proper waste separation. Uphold company policies and maintain cleaning schedules for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Perform other duties as necessary. Reports to Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef Team. Eligible for overtime pay and on-demand wages.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods of time
- Experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use
- Responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred
