Job Summary
Directs Aramark dining operations at UW Oshkosh Dining, leading front-line teams, managing client relationships, budgeting and P&L, ensuring safety and sanitation, overseeing menu planning, inventory, recruitment, and training; develops and implements food service plans aligned with the client's mission; participates in sales process and contract negotiations; aims to deliver a high-quality, efficient dining experience across cafeteria/residential dining facilities while ensuring compliance with safety, health and wage-hour policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in food service
- 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client/customer rapport
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service using standard model
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods
