Job Summary
Direct Quest nutrition and guest experience efforts with vision, leadership, and strategic guidance. Manage assigned locations and teams; cascade Quest values and mission; lead development of the food experience through recipes, menus, concepts, and merchandising. Develop systems to ensure operational and financial execution of the food experience; champion nutritional standards in recipes and brand development; provide nutrition and allergen information sharing and wellness guidance for customers. Support purchasing to align product selection with the food experience; lead food safety and sanitation efforts; provide leadership in corporate marketing and sales strategies; act as internal SME on sustainability and partner with clients on onsite sustainability solutions. Provide hands-on support for special events and coverage for gaps in account management; assist in sales and marketing for account retention and acquisition. 3 Year Culinary experience preferred.
