Job Summary
Directs operations of the facility's food service program for a healthcare/clients site, overseeing budgeting, meal planning and evaluation, sanitation inspections, inventory and purchasing, staff supervision, and public relations with clients and guests. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, maintaining the manager's log, conducting staff meetings, and coordinating monthly/weekly operating reports. Requires strong cost-control and menu-management skills, with preferred CDM/CFPP and Serv-Safe certification; candidate will lead interaction with patients/clients and ensure quality service and nutritious meals.
