Job Summary
Food Service Cook at CrossAmerica Partners with flexible part-time opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality items in a quick-service environment, following standard recipes, and cooking to order. Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, slicers) while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and proper portion sizes. Ensure food quality, taste, texture, and presentation; work during peak hours for fast turnarounds. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to local health codes; assist with inventory and stock management (FIFO); collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist in training new team members. Provide friendly customer service, handle orders accurately, and support store operations as needed..Required/desired qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior kitchen/food service experience; food handler certification is a plus.
