Job Summary
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food items in a quick-service environment by following standard recipes and cooking to order. Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, slicers) and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain quality in taste, texture, and presentation during peak hours, assist with inventory and organization (FIFO, labeling, storage), and support a collaborative team including cashiers and other kitchen staff. Address customer inquiries about food preparation, train new kitchen staff, and help with store operations as needed. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend and reach, and work in varied temperatures; weekend schedule and flexible availability are noted. Starting pay is $13 per hour with weekly pay and potential benefits for full-time/part-time team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
