Job Summary
Food Service Cook responsible for prepping, preparing and cooking daily items; follows company recipes and portion sizes; prepares fruits, salads, sandwiches, dressings, and various stations (sauté, grill, pizza oven); maintains FIFO and proper labeling/ dating of leftovers; inspects food and cooking temperatures to meet FDA and local health codes; some dishwashing required; delivers exceptional customer service with a positive, team-focused attitude; benefits include weekly pay, training, growth opportunities, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
