Job Summary
Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients by overseeing product quality, inventory levels, and bar setup, execution, and cleanup. Fulfill guest needs quickly and efficiently while resolving complaints, maintaining a safe environment through responsible service and proper equipment operation. Uphold company policies, display a sense of urgency, and communicate clearly with leaders to ensure overall success. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while performing other tasks as necessary. Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move and handle boxes (35lbs)
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties
- Ability to express knowledge of alcoholic drinks and bartending techniques
- Ability to maintain a safe environment by serving guests responsibly
- Ability to maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards the client, guests, and staff
- Ability to communicate clearly and openly with leaders
- Ability to display a sense of urgency at all times
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures
