Job Summary
Manage and grow an assigned territory within PepsiCo's Away From Home business by servicing existing customers and acquiring new accounts through prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling. Build strategic partnerships with restaurants, colleges, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice venues to drive volume, revenue, and profitability. Acquire new business via cold calling, networking, and referrals while developing a strong pipeline and progressing opportunities through the sales process. Identify customer needs to present customized beverage, equipment, and promotional solutions, then coordinate equipment placement and installation with internal teams. Maintain accurate customer records, lead renewals, and ensure contractual commitments and merchandising standards are executed. Use sales data to identify trends and uncover growth opportunities while representing PepsiCo professionally in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of fact-based, consultative or business-to-business sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business, develop customer relationships and close sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales information and translate data into customer and business opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across a geographic territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management or sales-reporting tools
- Must be willing and able to periodically lift up to 40 pounds
- Must possess a valid driver's license and meet applicable driving requirements
- This position is limited to individuals with the indefinite right to work in the United States
