Job Summary
The Food Service Attendant at Oxford Collection Suites is the first point of contact for guests in the bistro and catering functions, responsible for taking orders, serving food, processing payments, maintaining sanitation, restocking and organizing service areas, and assisting with event setup/teardown. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, collaborating with kitchen and hotel staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance, and supporting daily operations across Food & Beverage activities. Ideal candidates will have strong customer Service skills, basic cash handling, ability to work a flexible schedule, and a High School Diploma or GED (preferred); food handler’s license and liquor server permits as required by state law (or ability to obtain) are required. Proactive communication, teamwork, and a professional appearance are valued, with opportunities for growth within the hospitality environment.
