Job Summary
Manage catering requests by processing orders, arranging deliveries, and executing on-site setups per client needs. Coordinate the food services mailbox and handle professional customer service in person and via written communication. Perform administrative duties such as processing internal requests, preparing documents, and labeling products. Participate in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, hot table service, and ready-to-go meal assembly. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while minimizing waste. Requires French fluency and intermediate English; full-time role in Quebec with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- relevant experience in food services, hospitality, kitchen operations, or in a role combining administrative and operational responsibilities
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- comfortable using common computer tools
- attention to detail
- rigor in following procedures and processing requests
- excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- intermediate level of English
