Job Summary
Deliver warm, welcoming experiences for guests by supporting restaurant prep for FOH and line operations during Holiday Light events. Meet daily standards for quick service, food safety, quality, and merchandising while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Participate in safety logs tracking food temperatures, rotation, and waste, and actively respond to guest feedback by reporting issues to supervisors for mitigation. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions on the POS system and remain knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, and specials. Uphold company policies and procedures, including proper uniform, hygiene, and glove use, while lifting boxes up to 35lbs as necessary. Actively support operations in assigned roles and communicate daily service or quality concerns to the Restaurant Supervisor or Food Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized
- Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs) as necessary to operation, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Evening availability is required for this position
- Food handlers permit required
- Must be 16 or older
