Job Summary
Food Service Associate responsibilities include delivering courteous customer service, greeting customers, handling telephone orders, preparing quality food and sandwiches, assisting with hot bar, slicing meats and cheese, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean workstation, ensuring proper packaging with correct weights/ingredients, and adhering to the company Food Safety program. The role involves cross-training across multiple areas, a friendly and team-oriented environment, and a family-owned company culture. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Food Service experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- perform routine and repetitive tasks
- interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
- Food Safety program following
