Food Service Associate I, PRN, D/E

Assist in the delivery, set-up, and cleaning for special functions, catering events, and meal delivery. Grill, deep fry, and finish cooking items such as pizzas as required. Perform cold food assembly for salad bars and grab-and-go foods. Handle cafeteria point-of-sale transactions correctly and maintain and record food temperatures. Ensure food item displays and signage are attractive, neat, and orderly while serving food according to regulatory standards for temperature, presentation, and portions. Set up and stock assigned serving areas in the cafeteria. Maintain the work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner while practicing safe food handling procedures. Work PRN days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with travel required.
