Job Summary
As a Food Service Associate/Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the deli and food service, focusing on sanitation, store appearance, and guest service. Key responsibilities include processing cash register transactions, preparing and cooking deli items, keeping work areas clean and organized, and ensuring product quality and safety. Applicants must have high school education, be at least 16 years old, possess reliable transportation, and hold active driver’s license. Two years of foodservice or retail management experience is required, and Serv-safe certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must have 2 years foodservice or retail management
- Must have reliable transportation and an active driver’s license
- Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-safe certification preferred
- Prior experience in food service or retail management
Additional Requirements
- Use of knives, slicers, burners, ovens, fryers and rotisseries is for 18+
- Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and/or evening shifts
