Job Summary
The Food Service Associate is responsible for deli and food service operations, ensuring sanitation and guest service. Responsibilities include processing cash register transactions, preparing and cooking deli items, maintaining cleanliness, and taking guest orders. The role requires 2 years of foodservice or retail management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility for varying shifts is necessary. Certification in safe food handling is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts
- Must have 2 years foodservice or retail management
- Must have reliable transportation and an active driver’s license
- Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Must stand for long periods, bend and twist below waist, and frequently lift/maneuver merchandise and supplies
- Dexterous enough to use necessary equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-safe certification preferred
- Vocational or Technical Education

- Use of knives, slicers, burners, ovens, fryers and rotisseries for 18+
