Job Summary
The Food Service Associate is responsible for deli and food service operations, ensuring high sanitation standards and guest service. Duties include processing cash register transactions, learning to use various register equipment, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, preparing and cooking deli items such as salads and sandwiches, and ensuring customer satisfaction with orders. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 16 years old, have 2 years of food service or retail management experience, and possess reliable transportation. Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Applicants must be at least 16 years old
- Flexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts and assist other locations as needed
- Must have 2 years food service or retail management
- Must have reliable transportation and an active driver’s license
- Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Be dexterous enough with hands and fingers
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-safe certification preferred
- Vocational or Technical Education

- Use of knives, slicers, burners, ovens, fryers and rotisseries for 18+
