Job Summary
The Food Service Associate is responsible for the deli and food service operations, including preparing and cooking deli items, processing cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent guest service. The role requires familiarity with food service procedures and possible experience in foodservice or retail management. Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts and possess reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years foodservice or retail management
- Must have reliable transportation and an active driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Stand for long periods of time, bend and twist below waist, and frequently lift and/or maneuver merchandise and supplies
- Be dexterous enough with hands and fingers to use knives, slicers, burners, ovens, fryers and rotisseries
