Food Service Assistant - The Lodge of Taylors Falls - PT Evenings

Monitor and record proper food temperatures, set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area, and prepare and serve food items. Restock food areas, clean and sanitize equipment, and receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register. Operate equipment such as grills, beverage machines, toasters, and cash registers while complying with HACCP guidelines. Provide outstanding customer service and effectively communicate with patrons and co-workers. Maintain quality control standards and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Perform duties on an evening shift from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, 16 hours per bi-weekly pay period, with every other weekend and rotating holidays.
