Food Service Assistant - Part Time

Monitor and record food temperatures, set up and maintain a clean serving area, and prepare and serve food items. Restock food areas, clean and sanitize equipment, and receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register. Operate equipment such as grills, beverage machines, toasters, ice cream dispensers, cash registers, steam equipment, dishwashers, refrigerators, and freezers while adhering to HACCP guidelines. Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with patrons and co-workers. Demonstrate ability to work independently, stand for the majority of the day, and walk distances. Minimum age of 16 required; previous customer service experience and knowledge of food service preferred. On-the-job training provided.
