Job Summary
Food Service Assistant position handling daily serving tasks in the evenings: monitor and record food temperatures per HACCP, set up and sanitize serving areas, prepare and serve items, restock areas, operate cash registers, and process payments. Requires strong customer service, ability to stand for long periods and walk/stock across a shift, basic math, reading/writing, and following directions. On-the-job training provided; Serv Safe may be required depending on location. Emphasizes quality control, sanitation, and effective communication with patrons and coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and follow directions
- Ability to perform basic math
- On-the-job training will be provided
