Job Summary
Food Service Manager role overseeing daily food-service operations, supervising kitchen staff to ensure safe, high-quality service, coordinating with dietary department on menus, training staff in food handling and hospitality best practices, managing inventory and ordering supplies, addressing guest inquiries, implementing cost-control measures while maintaining quality, and leveraging leadership skills to guide a team in a full-time or contract-capacity in Austin, TX.
