Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management, sales, and customer service across multiple UW–Madison dining venues; supervise full-time, part-time, student staff and student supervisors; ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and profitability; monitor inventory levels and staff training; develop workflows, schedules, and catering operations; lead and provide exceptional customer service and guidance on food preparation and related activities; drive unit budget monitoring and coordinate with leadership to optimize operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1.5 years of restaurant experience as a restaurant manager
- 1 year working in an establishment that serves alcohol
