Job Summary
Monitor sales data, adjust operations based on business volumes, and drive fast-food program success by engaging customers and sampling products. Lead, train, and mentor the team on food service, deli, and beverage promotions while maintaining prep levels, equipment, and sanitation standards. Review weekly KPI dashboards, complete daily waste sheets and temperature logs, and ensure all food handling procedures are followed. Participate in store meetings and present food-related materials as required. This role supports Jacksons' 24/7 retail operation with a part-time schedule from 5:00am to 2:00pm. Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability to support business needs for a 24/7 operation including holidays and weekends
- A Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state
- A willingness and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to read and analyze basic spreadsheets
- A history of leading by example and doing the right thing, always
- The ability to think quickly on your feet and react to change
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
