Job Summary
Assist the Food Service Manager in all aspects of the cafeteria Child Nutrition Program (CNP) operation, ensuring healthful meals, program integrity, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include following district policies and state/federal regulations, operating commercial food service equipment, monitoring food temperatures and quality, maintaining sanitation standards, handling records and reports, and providing courteous service to the public while supporting staff and participating in inservice training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the Arkansas Department of Education Manager's Training for Child Nutrition
