Job Summary
Deliver room service meals to patients, serve cafeteria guests, and manage catered meetings while ensuring dietary orders match patient requirements. Wash and sanitize dishes, brew coffee, and maintain a food-safe environment through proper storage, temperature monitoring, and kitchen cleaning. You will receive on-the-job training, complete ServSafe courses, and cross-train in other department areas as opportunities arise. Shifts are bi-weekly day or PM rotations. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to attend the work site per schedule
- Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities in a calm, productive manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ServSafe certification or MN Department of Health Food Manager's certificate preferred
- willingness to successfully complete ServSafe certification course
- Six (6) months related experience preferred
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Ability to interact with patients, physicians, employees, and guests
