Food Service Aide - PRN

Prepare and distribute food to patients, employees, and visitors by working rotating stations on the tray line. Fill patient requests using menu guides, maintain proper portion sizes with specific scoops and ladles, and ensure all items have "eye" appeal. Complete dish room duties including unloading carts, stacking dishes, cleaning and drying utensils, and washing pots and pans at a separate station. Soak cups, clean kitchen areas with a checklist, and de-lime the dishwasher per schedule. Wear gloves and hair restraints at all times while handling food products.
