Job Summary
Prepare, set, and serve all food ensuring proper temperatures and portion sizes. Perform minor food preparation, portion snacks and breaks, and assist with tray assembly. Deliver trays to patients using two identifiers to ensure safety, checking for accuracy and nutrition order compliance. Pick up soiled trays promptly and return them to the kitchen. Stock supplies, operate the POS system, and handle general cleaning including ware washing. Deliver and clean up catered functions. Work every other weekend and holidays. High school diploma preferred; customer service experience helpful.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
- Must be able to walk for up to 7 hours, 30 minutes at a time
- Must be able to sit for up to 1 hour at a time
- Must be able to stand up to 1 1⁄2 hours for 30 minutes at a time
- Must be able to lift (1-50 lb.)
- Must be able to carry (1-50 lb.)
- Must be able to push (1-50 lb.)
- Must be able to pull (1-50 lb.)
- Must have the ability to hear normal conversation
- Must have general vision, far vision, and peripheral vision
- Must be available for every other weekend & holiday
