Food Service Aide

Prepare high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner while operating equipment safely. Complete all scheduled procedures without compromising work quality and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements for safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control. Perform cleaning duties, pull trash, sweep, and mop. Assist patients with menu selections, offering alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences, and update diet changes in the management system. Stock nourishment rooms, assist with kitchen stocking, and perform cafeteria duties including serving, grilling, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling. This role supports the Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital's commitment to compassionate care for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and neurological disorders.
