Job Summary
Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies to prevent waste and ensure quality products. Responsible for the cleaning, stacking, washing, and sanitizing of dishes and kitchen utensils. Properly transport and store cleaned items to meet meal preparation and service schedules. Must have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate NHC's values of honesty and integrity.
