Food Service Aide (FSA) (FT) Evening Shift

Job Summary
Assists with preparation and service of food for patients, employees and special events, ensuring food safety and proper temperatures; maintains a clean and safe work environment; performs duties such as taking out the trash, stocking dishes, delivering food to patient floors, restocking items, cleaning appliances, sweeping/mopping floors, and documenting dish machine temperatures during each shift; schedule is Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm; requires collaboration with cooking staff and adherence to recipes and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
- Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction. (ServSafe)
- Work alongside Cooking staff to prep for daily meal service.
