Job Summary
Perform a variety of patient food services, dining room services, and dish room services while preparing, serving, and assisting with cleanup for patients, families, staff, and visitors. Operate kitchen equipment safely and complete all scheduled procedures efficiently without compromising quality. Volunteer to help in other kitchen areas as necessary. Maintain high-quality food preparation standards and ensure timely service. This role is part of a team of over 44,000 at Select Specialty Hospital - The Villages, a critical illness recovery hospital providing post-ICU services to chronic and critically ill patients.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous healthcare food service experience preferred.
