Job Summary

Fulfill and complete deliveries to CFS customers while preparing meals from scratch following exact recipes and specifications. Fill customer orders to 100% through proper measurements, portion control, product labeling, and staging methods while representing the organization positively. Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws using a valid driver's license and insurance. Start between $21.44 and $26.80 hourly. Requires a high school diploma, valid WA Food handler's card, and at least two years in food service account management or restaurant management. Minimum one year high volume commercial cooking experience with excellent knife skills and ability to scale recipes. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and effectively multi-task. Pioneer Human Services serves justice-involved individuals across 35+ locations in Washington state.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid WA state Food handler's card
At least 2 years' experience in food service account management or restaurant management
At least 6 months experience as a delivery driver (any type)
Some knowledge of the area of service
Ability to comprehend local maps and directions
Hands on experience in sales
Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
Experience in developing positive relationships and handling customers' needs
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws
Valid driver license

Qualify as a PHS Approved Driver
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
Ability to effectively multi-task
Excellent time management skills
