Job Summary
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service while taking food and beverage orders accurately into the POS system. Deliver orders promptly, check back with guests to ensure satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and organization of your section. Assist with resetting tables, support teammates, and handle payment transactions following proper cash handling procedures. Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards while communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams. Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.
