Job Summary
The Food Server is responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking and entering all food and beverage orders via POS systems, and ensuring timely delivery to guests. Responsibilities include providing menu information, cultivating regular guests, maintaining stock, and addressing guest concerns. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role demands excellent communication skills and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
